Kayaks, Buoyancy aids (BA’s) and paddles provided by organisers. Please do not bring your own kayak.
Points to Note
All competitors must respect both the highway and country codes, and act in accordance with signs and marshals
In the event of any traffic and or road restrictions rights are reserved to alter the course of the route without notice. The organisers cannot therefore be held responsible if the distance is not exact
All participants must be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres and be in reasonable health
Cycle helmets must be worn during the cycle event

Parking at the St Catherine’s Hill Park and Ride, near Junction 10 on the M3

It is easiest to go in via the Garnier road entrance. If you don’t use this entrance then once you’re in the car park keep going until you reach a roundabout – watch out for our signs which will direct you. There will be a large sign on the roundabout.
